Public-to-Run is the fixed price - fixed scope - fixed time solution for the public sector. Local, regional and federal government, government organizations and their local or federal agencies as public or semi-public owned companies are capable to use the All-in-One solution to perform funds (budget) management, financial accounting, treasury, loans/grants, procurement, inventory and billing to third parties. The advantage is that an online availability check is performed with a fully integrated funds (budget) management with financial account & logistics.
