Val d'Hony Verdifarm is a distributor of veterinary products, pet nutrition, medical instruments and related products. The company works within parent company AUV Belgium Holding NV, along with two pharmacies for human use, an own transport company and a cooperative firm.
OASIS Consultants was selected by AUV to setup SAP ERP for all companies of the Belgian group. The aim was to improve the quality of the processes, organization and information in order to create the conditions for further business growth. The implementation meets the guidelines of Good Distribution Practices. The main aspects are the traceability of the goods flow (expiration dates, batches and serial numbers) and the organization of recalls. 

Fountain is a 34 years old company which developed a simple but universal concept for the delivery of coffee and other drinks to small and midsize businesses. Its distribution model services 18 countries. Each day, more than two million cups of Fountain drinks are served to more than one million users.

Fountain appeals to the SAP expertise of OASIS Consultants for daily support and implementation of projects. Of particular interest is the integration of the SAP system with a mobile application: Fountain merchandisers are equipped with a PDA for the sale and delivery of beverage products and accessories.

Plantin occupies a unique spot in the graphic industry in Belgium and Luxembourg. As a value added distributor of Heidelberg it offers an extended portfolio of machines, consumables and services for prepress, press and postpress. Plantin aims at increasing its customers’ productivity, starting with installation and training services, over preventive and corrective maintenance, to field service tickets with SLAs.
In 2008 OASIS Consultants was selected for the set up of Plantin’s business processes according to SAP Best Practices. The SAP Business All-in-One implementation project has gone live in June 2009. SAP ECC 6.0 modules in scope were FI, CO, MM, WM, SD, CS, MAM, MRS, CRM and BI. A local acquisition and its Dutch sister company were also brought on the Belgian best practices system.

Wouters Cutting & Welding is a family owned company that distributes and services new and second hand welding and cutting machines, equipment and accessories in the EU for numerous industrial applications.
In early 2008 the SME decided to have SAP implemented by Oasis Consultants according to the SAP Best Practices Fast Start program. The objectives for this ERP project are reached: follow-up of sales of machines, their installations and maintenance services; one centralized database for project systems data; optimized information flows between different divisions and technical people; operational management of the service department with interventions, contracts, warranties, and spare parts.

With a network of 250 pharmacies and 20 Equiform point-of-sales and a turnover of €400 million Multipharma is the medicine distribution leader in Belgium.
Multipharma has been an SAP customer for quite some time. By the end of 2009 OASIS Consultants was asked to set-up the real estate solution. The needs were: creation of a central database with all data on the real estate portfolio; management of master data of each building; management of lease-in and lease-out contracts, maintenance, insurance, utilities, deposited guarantees, property tax; and service charge settlements. The project is realized in H1 2010.

Escapo is an authorized distributor of pharmaceutical and para pharmaceutical products. The company was founded in 1963 and has 140 employees. The wholesaler has an extensive product range: drugs, hospital products, animal medicines, nutritional supplements, homeopathic medicines, phytotherapeutic products, dermatological products, baby and children's diets, syringes and needles, sterile material, chemicals for pharmaceutical preparations, and tools for disabled and elderly. Escapo supplies in pharmacies two to three times a day.
Escapo has an SAP maintenance contract in place with OASIS Consultants.
