XDC, founded in 2004 within Liège based EVS Broadcast Equipment, is a one-stop provider of digital cinema services. It provides end-to-end solutions, from financial offer to deployment, along with maintenance, training, content and network services and alternative content. XDC and its German sister company FTT have digitized thousands of cinemas in Europe.
In 2010 XDC and FTT selected together OASIS Consultants for an ERP project – a replacement of MS Dynamics AX. OASIS implemented its SAP Business All-in-One solution based on SAP Best Practices. Key was the integration with an in-house developed application for the customer services processes. XDC and FTT went live in Austria, Benelux, France, Germany, and Switzerland on July 4, 2011.
FRSGlobal delivers industry leading risk and regulatory solutions to financial institutions in more than 30 countries. Its solutions consist of a software framework of data models and report definitions together with rich automated content.
To support its professional services FRS selected in Q1 2009 SAP Business All-in-One software and OASIS Consultants as implementation partner. OASIS was responsible for the modeling of the business processes of a large number of the FRS subsidiaries via SAP Best Practices: in Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Singapore, Hong Kong, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Rumania, the United States and Canada.
Integral part of the project was the set-up of Duet 1.5 for MS Office and SAP scenarios Time Management, Leave Management, Travel Management and Sales Management.
The project went live on December 1, 2009.

Partezis, created in 1962, has grown into the trusted service partner of hundreds of healthcare institutions in Belgium. It has developed tailor made solutions for four sectors: hospitals, homes for elderly people, care for handicapped people and care for the children. Partezis implements reliable IT and business solutions that allow its customers to provide optimal quality services to their patients.
In 2008 Partezis selected SAP and Oasis Consultants to provide its new enterprise resource planning system. The choice for SAP was based on a large functional fit of SAP Best Practices with Partezis’s financial and logistic processes. The fit was made evident by Oasis during detailed analysis workshops that preceded the realization phase of the SAP Business All-in-One implementation project. The SAP software helps streamline and integrate Partezis’s administrative processes on an open, scalable platform.
Enfinity with headquarters in Waregem develops, finances, manages, and technically realizes renewable solar and wind energy projects in Europe. It is expanding rapidly and is opening offices in several countries in Europe, the US and Asia. It has a growing workforce (currently 110 FTE) of highly qualified and experienced people. In 2008 Enfinity realized a turnover of €83 million compared to €15 in 2007. In order to support the growth it anticipated Enfinity identified the need for well defined, streamlined and integrated processes. It selected SAP over MS Dynamics and chose Oasis Consultants as its trusted implementation partner. The SAP Business All-in-One implementation project, based on SAP Best Practices, kicked off by mid of August 2008 to go live only 4½ months later on January 1, 2009. CRM and BI followed shortly after.

StudieCentrum voor Kernenergie (SCK) – Centre d’étude de l’Energie Nucléaire (CEN) is one of the biggest non-university research centers in Belgium. Thanks to more than 50 years of experience, SCK has built an excellent reputation as center of excellence for research for peaceful applications of nuclear science and technology. The available knowledge and infrastructure at SCK are used for service delivery to the industry, the medical sector and the government, and for educational and training purposes.
Early 2008 OASIS Consultants with its SAP Business All-in-One solution was announced as the winner of a tendering process at SCK. The implementation project leveraged SAP Best Practices Baseline Package for Belgium and industry Best Practices for Professional Services and Public Sector. Underlying SAP ECC 6.00 modules in scope were: FI, CO, AA, FM, SD, MM, PS, and BI (BW). SCK went successfully live after an effort of 250 man days.
Today the user group has grown to 600 named users: mostly employee self service users for timesheet registration on own or subsidized research, commercial assignments, consortia, or international projects.
Network Research Belgium (NRB) is one of the major ICT service providers in Belgium with 650 employees and 1,500 projects per year. In 2006 it was decided to have SAP software implemented by Oasis Consultants in order to support NRB’s professional services offering. The implementation went live in the same year and additional functionality was added in follow-up projects (customer service, human resources and business intelligence cockpit with KPIs) in 2007-2008. Oasis Consultants was chosen to optimize the NRB business processes and consequently the way projects were managed. Oasis has defined a project structure in SAP, including procedures per project phase. As a result the midsize enterprise from Herstal has freed up time for its core business. Projects are better followed up now. Reporting is integrated and planning centralized.

Erudict is an independent ICT service provider specialized in open data center architectural consultancy in Belgium and the Netherlands. Erudict selected in H2 2007 Oasis Consultants to have SAP ECC 6.0 implemented according to SAP Best Practices. The goal was to use SAP software to support internal administrative processes in the areas of accounting, procurement, sales, project management, and time sheet registration. Today, information exchange happens much easier, projects are better managed, invoicing is done much faster and more accurate, and profit analysis is detailed and transparent.

Since its founding in 2004, Taurus-i has been focusing on vision & strategy development projects, performance management and BI platform implementations. In 2008 Taurus-i decided to have SAP Business All-in-One Fast Start implemented by Oasis Consultants. The implementation of the SAP solution into the back office allowed Taurus-i to streamline the business processes. This was much needed since many of the processes had been set up by trial-and-error or were inherited from experiences at other firms. Hardly any of the processes were integrated thus very costly to Taurus-i, both in time and money, to keep all departments and data in line. While it did take some time getting used to the new system (most of the Taurus-i back office staff had never used SAP), the investment started paying off quickly in the ‘likely to be expected’ business scenarios like order-to-invoice. During the implementation Oasis guided Taurus-i to change the business processes as much as possible towards the SAP standard, or – where needed – towards customization. Taurus-I opted for a solution as close to standard as possible (since it always advises precisely this to its own clients) and is very happy with the functionality offered since it seems to exceed the needs. Taurus-i is confident that – when it reaches the step where more functionality of the system needs to be activated – Oasis Consultants will be there to support Taurus-i.
IMEC is Europe’s largest independent research center in nano-electronics and nano-technology. Over 1,650 employees coming from all over the world work at IMEC’s campus. IMEC does R&D efforts 3 to 10 before the industry does. Its revenue comes from contract research and grants from The Flemish Community. Consultants from Oasis implemented the SAP modules Financials, Controlling, Project System and Materials Management in a first project phase of 4½ months. In 2003 Oasis Consultants was asked to add Sales & Distribution, VAT, Intrastat (or Foreign Trade) and Cash Management.

BASE is the third mobile telecom services provider in Belgium. At the end of December 2001, the amount of 1 million customers was reached. With a market share of 13%, they were the fastest growing mobile operator. Their products and services were offered in 40 BASE shops and in 2000 other stores. BASE rented parts of masts of other telecom operators or rents property of civilians in order to place masts on it. BASE also let cells/sites (parts of masts) to other telecom operators. This entire process with contracts, costing, indexation, renewals, billing and payment follow-up was setup by Oasis Consultants in the SAP Real Estate (RE) module. Masts also required maintenance. Their management and follow up in PM was completely integrated within RE. The graphical environment of the masts was stored in a separate application called “NetOne”. The relationship with BASE started in 2002 and Oasis Consultants has been working for BASE ever since. Oasis Consultants has setup SD and MM for the Point-of-Sales and inventory management. It has implemented cash management, treasury and the project management module. It has done some specific ABAP developments too.
For the VUM both financial as purchase modules, as well as the specific sales module (IS-media) was implemented. The IS-media module was used especially for the management of newspaper subscriptions, the delivery and billing to newsstands and shops. The implementation time was 1 year.
