Ecover is a manufacturer of ecological detergents and cleansing agents. Ecover is also active in the professional cleansing sector. Its Wellments line of natural cosmetics meets customer needs in the areas of personal hygiene and body care.
The company was founded in 1980 in Belgium. Ecover has been a trendsetter from the very start: as a pioneering company, it marketed a phosphate-free washing powder even before phosphates were branded as a problem. Ecover’s products are made to be effective and have an absolute minimum effect on the environment. They are based on sustainable plant and mineral ingredients, chosen to work well and limit the chemicals in private homes and the environment.
SAP Business All-in-One has been implemented by Oasis Consultants to support Ecover’s business operations, ranging from product design and development, over procurement, inventory management, production and quality management, to sales and services. The implementation project was based on SAP Best Practices. The scope contained roll-outs to France, Germany and the United Kingdom. Switzerland and the United States are added in a second phase.

Kathy Chocolaterie is a producer of chocolates located in Bruges. It is synonymous with large amounts of quality chocolate, offered at competitive prices. These aces – in combination with flexibility and service – make Kathy a trusted partner for the private label market. Two thirds of its chocolate products are consumed outside Belgium. It has opened a first Kathy shop in Ostend in 2008.
Kathy has been using SAP software in their facilities in Belgium and France since 2002 for production, sales, purchasing, stock management and finance. Product innovation and food safety are the key drivers for its success. In the food industry batch management is critical. OASIS Consultants has implemented EDI messages between Kathy and its retail distribution customers and set up bar coding to optimize the required traceability.
OASIS has upgraded and optimized Kathy’s SAP ERP system. The OASIS help desk supports its customer on a daily basis with respect for a service level agreement in place.
Italo Suisse, producer of chocolate and moulded chocolate figures, has chosen SAP for the financial modules, analytical accounting, purchase, sales, inventory, production and quality management. The total implementation time was 9 months. After the implementation of mySAP ERP CRM and BW was added to the application landscape to support daily business.
Inbev is the largest beer producer in the world. They have breweries in 21 countries. Their beer is sold in 120 countries. Next to their wellknown beers like Stella Artois, Jupiler, Leffe, Bass and Hoegaarden, they have also done more than 30 acquisitions. OASIS has implemented Real Estate. The modules FI, CO, SD, MM, PP were already installed. Inbev lets beer installations and accessories to bartenders. For this process the module Real Estate is being used. The rental units are the installations, the tenants are the tenders. There are several contracts being set up according with their specific billing. Maintenance and repair is also calculated as a cost. Inbev also implemented the hiring process.
