Oasis Consultants gets a new name nominated as Ramp-Up Customer
Zaventem, Belgium - June 5, 2009 – Oasis Consultants today announced the acceptance of Oasis by SAP and Microsoft as ramp-up partner for Duet™ 1.5 for Microsoft® Office and SAP®. Duet software is a jointly developed product by SAP and Microsoft that allows information workers to interact with select SAP business processes and data through Microsoft Office applications.
As an SAP Channel Partner Oasis Consultants nominated one of its new name customers, a service provider, as ramp-up customer for the newest software version of Duet for Microsoft Office and SAP. During the ramp-up phase Oasis will implement several Duet scenarios as key aspects of its SAP Business All-in-One implementation project. Duet software will allow the customer’s end users to perform daily routine tasks in SAP through their easy to use familiar MS Office Outlook and Excel interfaces. This will speed adoption, reduce training requirements, and improve overall user experience and performance. The Oasis project will be one of the larger implementations of Duet in Europe in the professional services industry to date.
With the acceptance as premiere ramp-up partner SAP and Microsoft acknowledge Oasis’s know-how and expertise to make the Duet implementation a success. Oasis and its customer have committed to provide the necessary feedback to the Duet software development teams of SAP and Microsoft.
The new ramp-up status comes after Oasis’s ramp-up partnership for SAP ECC 6.0 Enhancement Pack 3. This partnership enabled Oasis Consultants to acquire unrivalled expertise with the SAP NetWeaver Business Client. Oasis is determent to soon become a knowledge leader for Duet software too.
