Plantin occupies a unique spot in the graphic industry in Belgium and Luxembourg. As a business partner of Heidelberg it offers an extended portfolio of machines, consumables and services for prepress, press and postpress. Plantins aims at increasing its customers’ quality from installation and training services, over preventive and corrective maintenance, to productivity tickets.
In 2008 Oasis Consultants was selected for the set up of Plantin’s business processes according to SAP Best Practices. Underlying SAP ECC 6.0 modules in scope were FI, CO, SD, CS, MM, and BI.
The SAP Business All-in-One implementation project has gone live in June 2009.

Wouters Cutting & Welding is a family owned company that distributes and services new and second hand welding and cutting machines, equipment and accessories in the EU for numerous industrial applications.
In early 2008 the SME decided to have SAP implemented by Oasis Consultants according to the SAP Best Practices Fast Start program. The objectives for this ERP project are reached: follow-up of sales of machines, their installations and maintenance services; one centralized database for project systems data; optimized information flows between different divisions and technical people; operational management of the service department with interventions, contracts, warranties, and spare parts. With a network of 250 pharmacies and 20 Equiform point-of-sales and a turnover of € 400 million Multipharma is the medicine distribution leader in Belgium.
Multipharma has been an SAP customer for quite some time. By the end of 2009 OASIS Consultants was asked to set-up the real estate solution. The needs were: creation of a central database with all data on the real estate portfolio; management of master data of each building; management of lease-in and lease-out contracts, maintenance, insurance, utilities, deposited guarantees, property tax; and service charge settlements. The project is realized in H1 2010.
