StudieCentrum voor Kernenergie (SCK) – Centre d’étude de l’Energie Nucléaire (CEN) is one of the biggest non-university research centers in Belgium. Thanks to more than 50 years of experience, SCK has built an excellent reputation as center of excellence for research for peaceful applications of nuclear science and technology. The available knowledge and infrastructure at SCK are used for service delivery to the industry, the medical sector and the government, and for educational and training purposes. Early 2008 Oasis Consultants with its SAP Business All-in-One solution was announced as the winner of a tendering process at SCK. The implementation project leveraged SAP Best Practices Baseline Package for Belgium and industry Best Practices for Professional Services and Public Sector. Underlying SAP ECC 6.00 modules in scope were: FI, CO, AA, FM, SD, MM, PS, and NetWeaver BI (BW) in the first project phase. Additional functionality is likely to follow in a second phase. Today, SCK has successfully gone live after a project effort of around 250 man days. After the go-live the user group has grown to 600 named users. Most of them are employee self service users for timesheet registration on projects. 
At Stad Gent the entire SAP ERP package was implemented: financial and analytical accounting, purchase and inventory management, sales and distribution, funds management, project management, invest and loan management. The final part was the real estate module. The first implementation phase took 1 year. The real estate implementation had a project duration of 6 months.

The Flemish Parliament has chosen SAP ERP software for the support for their administrative financial processes (financial accounting, budgets, analytical accounting, fixed assets management), their logistics (purchase, sales and maintenance) and the management of their projects.The functional implementation was done by Oasis Consultants in ten months’ time. Arinso was prime contractor and responsible for the technical part. At the Flemish Parliament the principle of double book keeping was used. This means that there is a one to one relationship between financial accounting (in the FI module) and budgeting (in the FM module). There is also a one to one relationship with analytical accounting (in the CO module).

Kind en Gezin is a Flemish governmental institution dealing with child care and preventive family support via regional houses and trust centres. . Since 1998 Kind and Gezin has implemented SAP for finance, logistics and human resources. The initial implementation was done by Ardatis. Starting from 2005 OASIS Consultants was taking care of the existing implementation, the new functionalities and the upgrade to version 5.0 for the financial and logistics modules. Kind and Gezin has internal staff working with SAP for purchasing, finance (accounts payables and receivables), asset management and budgeting. Also field staff (nurseries) will work with SAP for PO requests and also for reporting. Effort for the total project: 300 mandays.
