In 2001-2002, the Real Estate module was implemented by OASIS Consultants for the delivery of social housing. The city’s housing office leases out 3.000 social houses to people less affluent. The entire process has been set-up in the SAP Real Estate module for homes, tenants and prospective tenants, lease agreements, indexation, invoicing, monitoring of costs (consumption of electricity, water and gas) and renewal of contracts. The physical site of the houses and any adjustments have been presented graphically in Archibus. An interface was introduced between SAP and Archibus.

This entire process with contracts, costing, indexation, renewals, billing and payment follow-up was setup by OASIS Consultants in the SAP Real Estate (RE) module. Masts also required maintenance. The required facility management and follow up in PM-Plant Maintenance was completely integrated within RE. The graphical environment of the masts was stored in a separate application called “NetOne”. The relationship with BASE started in 2002 and OASIS Consultants has been working for BASE ever since.
