What’s a Q*For-certificate?

A Q*For-certificate means that over 80% of professional customers – purchasers of professional training and consultancy – are satisfied with the quality of the trainings and the consultancy provided by the education providers and consultancy companies.

The Q*For-certificate presents the market with qualitative and audited information about training- and consultancy organizations. At the same time the Q*For audit can be used as a management instrument for those training- and consultancy organizations.

Procedure

The Q*For-audit method controls the quality of the services provided by training- and consultancy organizations through means of a detailed questionnaire; a telephone survey with the customers; an audit at the service provider’s office.

Results of the Q*For audit for OASIS Consultants

From the survey with our customers the auditor could deduct that our customers are very satisfied (average score of 4,59 to 5) with the services provided by OASIS Consultants.
