OASIS Consultants becomes part of European IT services group

"We already wanted to expand into Luxembourg and the Netherlands", says Ann Franssens, one of the four partners of OASIS Consultants. "But it is not easy to do that just on your own. We ended up at Micropole. We can now, with their backing, expand into the Netherlands and Luxembourg.” OASIS Consultants will leverage Micropole’s vast experience with the Business Objects product portfolio. Micropole has been an historic partner from Business Objects since 1991.

The name OASIS Consultants remains - "It has a certain authority in Belgium and in SAP’s ecosystem " - and also for the employees nothing will change. “We now just need to grow." Today, OASIS Consultants has a turnover of just over 4 million euro and is “very profitable“, still according to Franssens. The company has about 35 permanent employees, supplemented by freelancers up to 40 collaborators.
From January 1, 2011 on OASIS Consultants is integrated in the accounts of Micropole. An acquisition price was not disclosed.
